Q. We have a few month old baby, are you properly equipped?
A. Of course, we have at our disposal cots like the ones used in camp sites with edges and high chairs for mealtime.
It is advisable to point out these needs when booking the room.

Q. My baby still eats baby food, how can I prepare meals?
A. Our kitchen is arranged including for the needs of smallest children.
If particular products are needed (for instance homogenized food, rice creams, etc) customers are kindly requested to provide us with them.

Q. Are there any problems if we make our baby eat before us?
A. No problem, after 07.00 p.m., by giving previous notice, it is possible to make your baby eat.

Q. Do you have an area specially destined to children?
A. Sure, we have at our disposal a room equipped on purpose.

Q. Is it possible to smoke inside the hotel?
A. The regional law nr. 13 of 22/12/2004 afterwards also national law, forbids smoking in all the living rooms such as: reception, lobby, restaurant etc. We have also chosen to ask our guests not to smoke in their rooms in order to offer all the guests cleaner and healthy rooms where to sleep.

Q. Have you got simple menus suitable for babies?
A. Of course, for babies there are always simpler meals, specially suitable for them.

Q. I have alimentary allergies, is it possible to change the menu?
A. Yes, without any problem, please at your arrival take contact with the reception for your needs.
In case of celiachia we do not have special products but we can cook your own.

Q. At what time are the rooms available?
A. Normally the rooms are ready leatest at 15.00 p.m

Q. At what time does the guest leave the room when leaving ?
A. The guest must leave the rooms at 10.00 a.m. when for departure.
If you want to ski or make a trip on departure day you can leave your luggage in hotel an change yourself when you come back.

Q. Does the Hotel lie in a central position?
A. Yes, the Hotel is situated in a central though peaceful position.
We have at our disposal a quiet garden for summertime and the building does not give onto the main streets.

Q. Does the Hotel have a parking place?
A. Of course, we have at our disposal a private parking place and free garage, on request, 50 m far from the Hotel.
Garage has to be reserved.

Q. How far from the lifts is the Hotel situated?
A. The Hotel is situated 50 m far from a chair lift (Miramonti chair lift) and 150 m from a cable-car (Pradalago cable-car), which are both easy to reach on foot.
Return tracks are very near too.

Q. I am vegetarian, is it possible to get a vegetable selection?
A. Sure, for dinner we offer a rich buffet of raw and cooked vegetables along with warm side dishes.

Q. If I book a half board service are there any problems if sometimes I wish to stay for lunch?
A. No problem, every morning you can decide what kind of treatment you prefer.
Fullboard is offered in agreement with the Restauran Pizzeria Le Roi (winter season)

Q. To reach the paths shall I take the car?
A. No, it is possible to reach the main paths easily on foot.

Q. Are animals admitted?
A. Sorry, but they are not, not even small ones.

Q. Do you have bicycles at your disposal?
A. Sure, we have mountain bikes for free.

Q. Is there a Wellness Centre in the Hotel?
A. The Hotel have a sauna, a whirlpool bath system, gym and an ultraviolet rays sun lamp.
The sauna, whrilpool bath and gym can be used for free while the lamp are subject to payment.

Q. In our family there are four of us, what is the solution you suggest?
A. We have at our disposal wide rooms for families, suitable for four people groups.

Q. Do you offer special packages ?
A. Of course, at the beginning and at the end both of summer and winter season, we offer special family packages and special ski packages, whose details can be found in our site.

Q. Do you have a skis and boots deposit?
A. Of course, we have a heated deposit provided with boots heater.

Q. Is any animation activity performed in the Hotel?
A. No, we do not offer such service.

Q. What happens if I am forced to cancel my holiday?
A. According to the general booking conditions the deposit is completely refunded if cancelled within 21 days before the arrival, after this date no refund is provided.

Q. How can I do to pay my deposit?
A. Normally as deposit we ask for euro 100,00 per person (adults) and 50,00 euro every child.
During Christmas holiday the deposit is euro 200,00 per person.

You can send the amount through bank, or, after having had your written authorisation, we can charge the amount on you credit card. You can also pay it using our on – line payment  system  you can find it visiting our web address in price list page.
